Who we are
Rebecca Hunt is the owner of Innovative WebPresence.com. Her background includes more than fifteen years in the medical diagnostics industry where she has been both an inventive scientist and an innovative executive. She has several patents, both granted and pending, in the United States and worldwide. In the last four years Rebecca has developed several websites and intranet sites.  Her educational background includes undergraduate and graduate degrees in Chemistry, as well as an M.B.A., and Web Programming Certification from the University of Illinois.

Rebecca is a firm believer in the power of the internet. She started ManTRA, an acronym for Managing Today's Real Asset, in 1997. "In today's corporate environment your best asset, your only asset, is You. ManTRA is designed to help you manage your asset - you - to your fullest potential." In line with this philosophy Innovate Web Presence.com was created. Whether you are looking to create an innovative presence for your business, organization, or personally, we have the tools to meet your needs.  

Kathryn Gimlin has studied graphic design at the University of California, Santa Barbara and has over three years of experience.  She believes in creative and innovative design. "The things that are effective and most remembered are almost always 'outside the box'."  Kathryn has spent 20 years in the medical diagnostics industry, from working in the laboratory to sales and marketing in one of the top diagnostic companies in the industry, before giving into her passion – art and design.  Kathryn believes the information age is an exciting time. "The power of the internet is unstoppable and will continue to challenge us to develop creative, innovative solutions in consumer marketing well into the 21^st century."

Having lived all over the world, including exotic places like the Philippines and Morocco has given Kathryn great understanding of other cultures that enhances her ability to create design solutions directed at international consumers.

Other passions of Kathryn are gardening, painting, and camping. There is nothing like growing your own vegetables and grilling them in the great outdoors. Favorite camping spot is Montano de Oro on the central coast of California.

Constance Hunt runs the office.  Her years of experience in the service industry as well as extensive knowledge in computers makes her uniquely qualified to head up the day to day operations.  Constance oversees the accounting group and manages the operational aspects for the site.  "My goal is to make sure everyone - our customers, our suppliers, and our development team - has what they need to be successful."
